It’s coming down to the wire. We are mere weeks from opening our doors to the public. The end is in sight, and we will be pouring beers in the very near future.

As we get closer, we have been receiving inquiries about working with us here at Assembly Brewing. The interest has been so huge, that we are asking any and all of you who are looking to be a member of our team to go to PoachedJobs.com and search for Assembly Brewing, and then apply using their process. This allows us to better organize and respond to each application promptly.

We have a few beers in the kegs and ready to pour, and more in the tanks. We will be opening with a number of different styles of ales, all from our own brewery, and we are trying to make sure we have something for everyone to enjoy. Along with our handcrafted beers, we will be offering a range of quality spirits and cocktails, at least one local cider, and, of course, George’s Foster famous Detroit style pizza (and some other food offerings).

A number of people have asked about our policies, so I will take a minute to clarify them for you. First and foremost, we are an adult brew pub at all hours. We will not be allowing those under 21 inside our doors. We know that may cause some consternation, but we feel that this model best suits our desired style of pub.

Second, as per various state and local rules and regulations, only service animals will be allowed inside the pub. But well behaved dogs will be welcome in our outdoor seating area, on a case by case basis.

We appreciate all the feedback we have been receiving, both online and in person, and all of us here at Assembly Brewing are excited to serve you! See you soon!
